This is the Story of 9c

Hello. Those of you who have visited other profiles of mine, as well as talked to me online (MSN) probably recognize the picture on the right. Yes, I love that picture. Now allow me to tell you a wonderful story:
There once was a girl named 9c who absolutely loved to play softball and look at sweet action pictures. There was one particular picture that she really like of a former MV player in the SWEETEST swinging motion. Day and night, 9c would stare at the picture and long to have one as sweet and utterly awesome as that. She even told her photographer father, who was always at games taking pictures of V A R S I T Y, that some day, she would like to have a picture taken of herself down the 3rd base line as she was hitting the ball and wearing the shorts uniform, not pants, just like this one. It was her dream.
Well, as the story went on, 9c got into a little trouble and had to stay home from choir tour while she watched 3 of her teammates leave to the land of fun in the sun. However, this was merely a blessing in disguise. As a result of these 3 girls leaving, 9c got to start a few Varsity games, meaning she would get to hit, which was her all-time favorite thing to do. Pure adrenalin rush right there.
9c knew her father would be taking pictures, but each time she visited the website where he posted the pictures on, it still hadn't been updated since the AF game. Her heart fell. She desperately wanted to see the pictures of her. She always got to see the sweet pictures of the other girls, and she wanted to have that glory as well.
As the story continued to go on, there once upon a time came a Sunday where 9c's father finally decided to update the webiste. After tedious hours of waiting and painting large posters for Suncrest's Teacher Appreciation Week, the updating was finally complete. 9c rushed to the computer and looked through each game. There it was!!! 9c finally got her dream picture, down the 3rd base line, shorts and everything. Ignoring the fact that the picture was taken too far away, the picture was, in a word, perfect.

This picture here is one of my favorites. My dad put this collage together of my coaches, and although we've all gone through hard times, I respect these 3 so much and really appreciate all the hard work and dedication they have put into us. They really do care about us. I love these 3!!!
